Keelung Harbor Gateway is the first of sixteen competitions featured in the recently published 2012 Competitions Annual. Our proposal, which was a finalist in the competition, was developed in collaboration with SES, RLA and Buro Happold.

In Athens, we developed together with ARUP, the adaptation of a former grain silo into a 14.000 m2 Museum of Underwater Antiquities. Conceived through a spatial inversion, a system of voids introduce daylight to public areas whilst engaging the surrounding urban context. The proposal was exhibited thru May 31st in Greece. Keelung Harbor Gateway by PAR with SES, RLA and Buro Happold is featured by our friends at MARK in their forthcoming issue #41, December/January 2012/2013. A gateway to the nation, the 120,000 m2 project is comprised of a ferry terminal and 70 meter office tower.

Look out for FUTURE ARQUITECTURAS #35, January 2013 which features our Keelung Harbor Gateway proposal. The design developed in collaboration with SES, RLA and Buro Happold placed as a finalist in an international competition in Taiwan last September.
