RECENT

In Taichung, we developed with engineering partner Buro Happold, a 62.000 m2 Cultural Center organized around a public space that unfolds into Gateway Park. The building is conceived as a continuous cultural twist that combines the virtues of both museum and library, maximizing interdisciplinary exchange while preserving autonomy. (Above: Lobby looking toward Taiwan Tower)

A young family has commissioned PAR to design an unconventional home in Washington DCThey requested a house of a connected spaces, and to save the landscape as much as possible, especially it's characteristic fig trees. Our design strategy stacks the house within the tree boundary and is characterized by a central void of interconnected spaces.
